My Approach
Sometimes I get sad witnessing people struggling on their own, thinking that no one would understand, locking themselves in their own heads, and being scared to open up. At the same time, It is amazing to witness the clients get revived and renewed after they are able to get out of the lonely space by being understood and validated.
