Workshops

MSG also offers shorter one-day workshops where we teach how to address important mental health topics.

Our workshops are geared towards students and parents on various topics around mental health. They are often more interactive and we cover topics like cultural differences, active listening, and communication skills. They are 1.5 - 3 hours long with a keynote speaker, and are customized to create open conversations relevant to Korean Americans as multicultural members of the American society. These workshops can be hosted by a church, school, or any organization who wants to learn about a specific topic together.
